- Only deposits are required. Entering into a Contract of Purchase and Sale requires a series of deposits, not the full purchase price. - The market does NOT appreciate. Your condo is worth less at completion then when you bought. This can have a negative impact on your ability to finance your purchase.
- Financial position changes before completion and you cannot complete
- Most developments will allow an assignment of the contract as the project approaches completion. Expect a 1.25-1.75% assignment fee.
